False promises made by Innovative Engineering & Sons International representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8884-VBH-2047 placed with Innovative Engineering & Sons International on October 27, 1991. I paid $494.5 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Johnathon P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
