Tech Intelligence failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Tech Intelligence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-3062-UVU-2929) on August 2, 1976, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
