I have been a loyal customer of Excel Center of University Daegu for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3362-LQC-8316) on February 2, 2009, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
