I am writing regarding order #ORD-2640-GUU-1667 placed with Excel Center of University Daegu on May 15, 2015. I paid $713.17 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jadyn F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Excel Center of University Daegu finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the fitness tracker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
