On November 11, 2008, I signed up for Delight & Foods's troubleshooting service at their Lake Pattietown, Texas location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $909.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brady D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Delight & Foods called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
