On February 9, 2024, I signed up for Clinic Center International's return process at their New Judge, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $890.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marjorie D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Clinic Center International called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
