Billing discrepancy with Clinic Center International medical center

I have been a loyal customer of Clinic Center International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-5669-YOQ-1296) on October 27, 2012, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
