I have been a loyal customer of Clinic Center International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-5669-YOQ-1296) on October 27, 2012, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Clinic Center International contacted me to troubleshoot the tablet. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
