On October 10, 1994, I signed up for Clinic Center International's setup assistance at their New Julietview, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $177.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Talia U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

The situation with Clinic Center International has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customization service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-99F10C75 multiple times.
