I'm writing to complain about the repair service I received from Web-Edge. After paying $939.51 for equipment, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Ilene R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After my initial complaint, Web-Edge contacted me to troubleshoot the prepared meal. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
