I purchased a package from Cyber Bot on February 21, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Pearline A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty coffee from Cyber Bot not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
