I purchased a account from Representation & Chambers on September 3, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Silas O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
