I am writing regarding order #ORD-3075-DOZ-9932 placed with Representation & Chambers on December 10, 1974. I paid $43.82 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maurice F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Representation & Chambers finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
