I am writing regarding order #ORD-6345-GZF-9839 placed with FusionEdge Ltd. on March 25, 1971. I paid $397.95 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fernando C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
