I purchased a software from Food & Foods on March 16, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Doug Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Food & Foods not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
