False promises made by Advocate, Advocate & Advocates Holdings representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9468-OWI-5703 placed with Advocate, Advocate & Advocates Holdings on June 11, 2007. I paid $460.5 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Penelope H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 30, 2025 05:40I want to acknowledge that Advocate, Advocate & Advocates Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $140.71 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $140.71 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
