False promises made by Advocate, Advocate & Advocates Holdings representative

I want to acknowledge that Advocate, Advocate & Advocates Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $140.71 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $140.71 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
