Unsatisfactory resolution from Living & Alliance

I purchased a package from Living & Alliance on April 15, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rusty V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 06, 2025 05:28After my initial complaint, Living & Alliance contacted me to troubleshoot the cookware set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
