I purchased a package from Contractors Contractors on July 8, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brannon R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $168.49 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
