Overcharged by The Top Shoppe for service

On February 20, 1974, I signed up for The Top Shoppe's setup assistance at their Kimmouth, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $298.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kayden O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
