I am writing regarding order #ORD-7973-VZI-3388 placed with The Education University Marseille on June 23, 1971. I paid $227.73 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Llewellyn D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
