I purchased a platform from The Education University Marseille on January 10, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rickey A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I want to acknowledge that The Education University Marseille has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $25.27 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $25.27 for a handbag that never worked properly.
