I want to report a serious concern with AI Cloud Holdings's service that I purchased on September 1, 1972 from your Monserratmouth, Arkansas store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kathryn G., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 14 days since my initial complaint, and AI Cloud Holdings still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customization service.
