I am writing regarding order #ORD-3558-XDN-8192 placed with Development Bros on January 3, 1996. I paid $435.11 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nigel C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 09, 2025 05:32I've received an email from Karen Martin at Development Bros offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The vacuum cleaner was clearly defective from the start.
