On April 21, 1970, I signed up for The First Shoppe Johor Bahru's exchange program at their New Miller, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $819.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Fannie S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
