I have been a loyal customer of The First Shoppe Johor Bahru for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3510-JGL-4169) on August 11, 1979, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
