I am writing regarding order #ORD-8581-OBG-2066 placed with The First Shoppe Johor Bahru on March 21, 2012. I paid $522.68 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Meagan R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $149.57 refund only covers part of what I paid for the delivery service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
