I purchased a item from Knowledge Foundation Academy on May 30, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Abraham S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
