I want to report a serious concern with Retail Collective's application that I purchased on February 11, 2023 from your Port Carolyne, Missouri store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Anita U., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 22, 2025 05:21I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from Retail Collective not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
