I want to report a serious concern with Top Retail Zone's appliance that I purchased on August 7, 1992 from your New Foresttown, West Virginia store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bert H., but my issue remains unresolved.
