I'm writing to complain about the support package I received from Top Retail Zone. After paying $721.3 for item, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Norma R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 01, 2025 05:26I've received an email from James Davis at Top Retail Zone offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The handbag was clearly defective from the start.
