I want to report a serious concern with Top Retail Zone's plan that I purchased on February 22, 1997 from your Port Demariostad, Georgia store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Aurelie J., but my issue remains unresolved.

After speaking with Peyton Clark from the Support Operations at Top Retail Zone, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
