I have been a loyal customer of Family Practice Foundation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-5226-JOE-5320) on July 1, 2005, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
