I purchased a platform from Family Practice Foundation on December 7, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Deshaun C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
