Unresolved issue with Education Studies of Academy product

I have been a loyal customer of Education Studies of Academy for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-1670-GMG-7810) on November 16, 2016, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
