Billing dispute with Attorney & Firm

On November 16, 1974, I signed up for Attorney & Firm's repair service at their Frederiqueland, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $206.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Josiah U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
