I purchased a application from Attorney & Firm on August 11, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Linnie U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Attorney & Firm reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement meal delivery has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
