False promises made by Life Hospital Partners representative

I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Life Hospital Partners. After paying $526.78 for unit, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Audreanne F., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
