I want to report a serious concern with Knowledge Campus's application that I purchased on March 30, 1993 from your Brownmouth, Colorado store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vernice H., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 10, 2025 06:08Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $276.82 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
