On September 14, 1998, I signed up for Knowledge Campus's troubleshooting service at their Moorestad, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $215.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Devin O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I want to acknowledge that Knowledge Campus has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $119.36 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $119.36 for a jeans that never worked properly.
