On June 24, 1995, I signed up for Knowledge Campus's repair service at their Toymouth, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $694.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Roger P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 21, 2025 05:23I want to acknowledge that Knowledge Campus has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $90.20 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $90.20 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
