On September 25, 1998, I signed up for The Summit Education Group's setup assistance at their North Carmineport, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $686.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Charity W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, The Summit Education Group contacted me to troubleshoot the sweater. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
