I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from The Summit Education Group. After paying $642.47 for package, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Emerald B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

The situation with The Summit Education Group has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the consultation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-1E56FAD4 multiple times.
