I want to report a serious concern with Genius Institute College's item that I purchased on February 11, 2025 from your Port Jodyland, Missouri store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jaycee R., but my issue remains unresolved.
