I am writing regarding order #ORD-7390-PBN-3275 placed with Value Depot Exchange on January 11, 1979. I paid $568.59 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gino P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 26, 2025 05:47I've received an email from Charles Miller at Value Depot Exchange offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jacket was clearly defective from the start.
