Misleading advertising by Value Depot Exchange

I have been a loyal customer of Value Depot Exchange for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-9149-OBF-7045) on May 7, 1977, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
