Poor customer service experience with Value Depot Exchange

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5118-WHV-8569 placed with Value Depot Exchange on February 20, 1996. I paid $462.46 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lewis J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 23, 2025 05:45It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Value Depot Exchange still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium account.
