I purchased a system from Modern Doctor Institute on July 4, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Thea U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 17, 2025 05:16Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $184.16 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
