On June 12, 1988, I signed up for Modern Doctor Institute's maintenance program at their Wymanshire, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $919.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Branson G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 11, 2025 05:36I want to acknowledge that Modern Doctor Institute has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $418.21 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $418.21 for a laptop that never worked properly.
