I have been a loyal customer of Modern Doctor Institute for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-5192-SDI-7325) on August 21, 2012, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Modern Doctor Institute contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
