I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Ultimate-Development. After paying $938.7 for system, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sigurd G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Ultimate-Development reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
