I want to report a serious concern with LogicLab Toulon's subscription that I purchased on October 10, 1987 from your North Torrance, Illinois store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to George V., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because LogicLab Toulon finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the meal delivery, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
